This was the WORST, WORST nails experience I have ever had. I have been doing my fill ins for about 3 years now every 2 weeks. with out missing a week. I can say I have enough experience as to know what is a good nail place and what is not.to start off my long line of disappoints

1. the lady didn’t even fully take off my gel nail polish off. I gave her the befit of the doubt. because as I’m getting my nails done the rest of the color should come off right ? no, she finished my nails and I still have my old color around.

2.my nails are not the same shape. keep in mind I asked for a fill in so my nails are already shaped to my liking. as she does my nails I start to notice that my nails do not look the same shape, I ask her nicely to reshape them. she claims she did but I have coffin square and I don’t know what other shape. all at the same time that se is rushing.

3. I walk in at 5:41 pm by 5:45 I am told to go to veronica or whatever her name is, chair. by 6:09 she was done, I had even paid. so In under 30 minutes she took off the gel I had on before, put on a nail that had fallen off, fill in, smooth them out, which is another thing my nails are not smooth they are so bumpy, shape them, and paint them with gel. as anyone that has gotten their nails done under 30 minutes is not enough time to do nails the right way.
there is so many things I can keep saying. do not I repeat do not go here. the worst I have ever had.

I only came back because them ladies are really comedians fr they funny. I got my nails done on a Thursday. That upcoming Wednesday for no reason at all in less than a week 3 of my nails, my real nails at that broke off. They uncle I had to tell his to clean my nails better he was tryna paint over dead skin and was really being stingy with the gel is why my nails is broke from doin basic things I do everyday. This is only my second time getting my nails done here and the first time it’s was kinda goofy looking some nails had a lot of gel some didn’t very rushy as well. Didn’t have the time to ask her to do it over cuz yes they will if you don’t like it.

I will not be coming back to this place. About a month ago, I came here to get a gel manicure and my eye brows done. A woman named Anna did my nails, and I liked the fact that she cleaned her tools in front of me. When I came back 2 weeks later, another lady did my gel manicure, and it didn’t last for a week before it started cracking and peeling. Today, Anna did my nails, and they were horrible. While doing them, she noticed the gel was rippling due to the UV machine and tried to fix them. On top of that, she filed my nails on the side after applying the polish. In the pictures you can still see nail polish on the sides of my fingers and bubbling on the top after she was done. She showed me my nails proudly when she knew they looked horrible. When it came time to pay, the ATM was broken. So, I had to use the one next door. She asked to hold my phone as collateral which I understood. Then, when I came back, I saw that she just left my phone on the nail desk for anyone to grab. Unacceptable service! I will not be coming back.

I went here today as a last minute decision to get my nails done against my better judgment and wish I wouldn’t have gone. Got there at 9:00am. No one was there according to the brow lady who could do a full set. She said those individuals were coming in at 10a.m. I waited and at about 9:45am the brow lady brings one of the young lady’s from the back who just finished a pedicure and says, she can do your set. I was taken aback because she told me no one there at the time could do a full set. The young lady ask what i wanted so I show her a photo, matte marble nail stiletto shape. She says no I can’t do that but proceeds to call someone. After about a 5 minute conversation, she says the individual who can do my nails like that will be about another hour. I had already invested time and parking so I said ok. At 11:05 about 4 techs come in. A young man comes to me and says full set right ,I say yes I sit down he says show him the photo so I do and he says oh I can’t do that. Now I’m confused. I said so none of the other 3 can’t either? He says no, the ones who can do that aren’t in today. I said I been here for over 2 hours and I’ve told the girl what I wanted ,she clearly talked to you as your the only guy here and it was a guy on the phone that I waited for basically for nothing. He says yeah because she don’t know what I can do. And he goes on to another client as if it was nothing. Horrible experience. Horrible techs. Horrible business practices and service. Never again!

The tall slender one that do eyebrows is horrible she will never touch my face again Kenny needs to fire her that’s why she always ask do we want the fill in the brown with the pencil.
