Prestige Nails is a hidden gem in the Loop! My daughter and I spent the day going to museums. After a long day, we decided to try Prestige Nails & Spa, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The salon was clean and immaculate (unlike your typical nail salons with clutter everywhere 👎🏻), the nail polishes were organized well (I was able to find my color in gel and regular, imagine that). My technician and my daughter’s were attentive to details, they welcomed all their customers with a smile and a “hello”, demonstrating their commitment to their customers. I will definitely be a returning customer 💛

I was googling for good dip manicure places in the area as the one by my house had been a huge disappointment. Went to Prestige based on reviews and I am THRILLED. The dip manicure was super fast and well done, but the amazing part is that in 3 days I will hit the one month mark and aside from growing out, these nails are still PERFECT. No chips, no coming off around the edges; and I volunteer with dogs so my hands do take a beating. The prices were super reasonable too. This manicure and experience was the best and I will not go anywhere else.

I called in advanced about the service I wanted. Informed them that I wanted dip powder, no design, and that I was going to need my previous set taken off. I was told $60 on the phone. I go in and they shape the nail from a square cut to a simple almond. I didn’t get a design and just got one basic color.
When it came time to ring me up, I was informed I will be charged $65. I asked about the difference from what I was informed over the phone and was told that since my nails were healthy, thick, and long I was charged the extra $5. Uhm, I’ve never been penalized for keeping a nice length. It was not overboard or exaggerated. I do not think I’ll be coming back if this is their policy…
