I LOVED MY NAILS! Right away from walking in, the staff greets you and is so professional. They definitely make sure to provide high quality service and high quality nails. Breanna gave me a pedicure and it turned absolutely gorgeous. Though being a new nail tech, she gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten. You could tell the staff train all their employees to provide excellent service. I will be recommending this place to all my friends!

I have been coming to Polished Lounge for over a year now. I am someone who likes to get my nails done every two weeks or so.. Every place I went to before coming to Polished always presented an issue. It was a struggle… Issues with colors, designs, professionalism, appointments and more. Polished makes you feel appreciated. All of the girls that work there are welcoming, accommodating and are all very talented at their craft. I appreciate feeling comfortable every time I go. They are the BEST in my opinion. I drive from Troy to come here.. because they are just that good. I added a few of my designs over the last year. If you were questioning checking them out I hope this review gives you the push to try 🙂

This place is horrible for service you have to wait forever. I came last night and my nails are horrible I went to get them fixed even said I would pay to get them soaked off…she said someone would do them the girl who did them last night drilled 4 of the nail polish off and then said she had to wait on the polish. Went and serviced another client. Then the receptionist say I can get someone but I chose to leave and never return after $51 and $9 tip for the ugliest nails I’ve ever paid for. I hate that I referred people to this place
