i loved how my nails came out ! great atmosphere and positive attitudes i loved how cutely the place was decorated , the person who did my nails i believe was lisa and she did amazing ! she handled my nails with care and perfected them i love how they came out overall and the prices where good too i would 100% be coming back here !

I don’t normally get my nails done but since it was my cousin’s wedding I thought I would treat myself and get my nails done. I loved how my nails looked when they did it and I was told that my nails will last 3 weeks but in just 2 days my nails started to chip and since I was out of town for my cousins wedding I could come back to fix my nails right away. And when I did call them they said I should have come when they first started to chip disregarding the fact I was out of town for a wedding and said they couldn’t help me now.

Best nail establishment by far. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and there hasn’t been a design yet that they haven’t been able to nail. Took me many years of searching nail salons but once I found Polish Mi I knew I found my home/go to/forever nail salon. Emma is by far the best!!! Cannot say enough good things about her and the entire salon.

I’ve been here a good number of times. Their work is pretty good but lately their professionalism is lacking. They need a better scheduling system.
I called to reschedule my appointment with June and was put with someone else. They told me I could see June the next day at 1 pm. Of which I work and could not and they became very rude and impatient on the phone.

There have been multiple times where I have made an appointment and I sit for up to a half hour because June is running late. They don’t value your time but will ‘cancel’ a client when they call to reschedule and say you’re a ‘no show’.

I did not have any no shows. I called and rescheduled.

Dianne did my nails, she did a great job and she was very careful with me. I loved how my nails turned out, and she was really focused on the design I wanted. Definitely recommend going here! All the staff members are so kind!
