Was referred to them by a friend. I was there at a decent time to have my nails done & a pedicure. By the time I was getting my pedicure, I was advised that I needed to come back the next morning, due to it being closing time & they wouldn’t be able to do them. Once I got an attitude & expressed how i felt about that, I had 2 individuals working on my nails. Needless to say, they were rushed, not a week later my polish started chipping & couldn’t figure out why with it being gel polish. Then nails started breaking were the tip was almost to my skin. It was happening back to back. So now I have NOT one nail on. I’ve NEVER had this happen to me. I WON’T BE BACK, & I WON’T REFER A PERSON. But, the salon was nice & clean. None of that matters when the service is poor. They feel as though they speak another language that you don’t understand, but, you know when you’re being talked about, & I was.

This SNS dip French manicure was done by Paula nearly A MONTH ago! She doesn’t speak much English, so usually she’s quiet, but she’s super sweet, very thorough, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. (Friendly info: if you put the tip for your service on a card, they won’t get it for 2 weeks AND your tip gets taxed! So, cash is king, if you really love your staffers)

I have been going to get my toenails done here for the past few months and this most recent time the lady did my acrylic completely wrong and tried to cover it up with polish. Now I have fungus on my toes and the nail is gone. I will NEVER set foot back in this nail shop.
