I came back to get a soak off since I had to leave to make another appointment. I waited 57 mins and as far as I got was to sit at a station but no one actually did anything to my nails. Only after I got up and started walking out did they decide to pay attention to me. I guess since my service wasn’t going to cost much I wasn’t as high of a priority. This is the first and last time I will visit. I hate that I wasted my time.
Diane is funny and loving with the customers and the rest of the crew is sweet! Been a customer now for a little over a year and loving this nail salon.
