Lo Jerome
*IN ORDER TO POST I MUST GIVE ATLEAST 1 STAR* I came in for a gel refill and pedi. I came in for a gel refill and pedi. First of all The service here was terrible! My nails look horrible. The paint job is absolutely unacceptable, my 3 year old could have done a better job. Once I finishing up I asked for a itemized receipt, the women says when I pay I can get one, the proceeds to ask the other women questions in their native language . My total was $90. Like WHAT exactly am
I paying $90 for ? Which was fine but she didn’t break down the bill. (She then complained I was there for 2.5 hours🙃)

Lastly they are NOT following CDC guidelines. They have customers sitting side by sidesome with no mask. Absolutely no social distancing. Also NONE of the stations were wiped down in between customers . They’re not taking down the name and numbers of people coming in and out. First of all The service here was terrible! For all the business they do, I was shocked to experience a pedicure so rough that my cuticles on three toes were actively bleeding when I left and stung so much from the acetone and nail polish. There other places that charge a bit more that are much more careful so I will not be returning.

Lin is the best honestly. She really knows how to always get my nails right! I’ve never had a better nail lady than her.

Booked an appointment over the phone for my daughter for a regular pedicure & manicure. First time here. Told woman on phone no gel or anything, just normal mani/pedi. When we got to the appointment I verbally said again no gel, normal mani/pedi. When she was doing my daughter’s nails she secretly asked her, “you want gel?” I was sitting in a chair across the room relaxing and waiting. My daughter said yes, sure. Not even knowing what the “gel” really is. She has never gotten gel when getting a mani/pedi. And that it would be an extra cost. She is only 15. Why didn’t the woman out loud ask me again if she wasn’t sure? Clearly she knew I was paying for it. It was a scam to get the extra money for the cost of the gel. At the end of the service I handed her $55(mani/pedi cost) cash and a 20% tip of that also in cash, and that’s when she says to me “oh it’s extra for the gel.” And I said to her i told you over the phone and when I walked in nothing extra, no gel and just a regular mani/pedi. I was pissed, but didn’t make a scene because my daughter was upset & felt like it was her fault because she said yes to the gel. I will never come here again and will tell everyone that this salon is full of nothing but scam artists!

I used to come here as a little girl with my family, and I still go to this day. Normally I get dip nails with tips and they always come out looking absolutely perfect and fierce!! I can always depend on the girls here for amazing quality nails and great service.
