Stephanie does a truly impeccable job with my acrylics and gel polish. I even have extremely curved nails, and she takes extra care to ensure the thickness of both the acrylic and color is uniform over my whole nail. I’ve been coming to Paradise for 10 years now and even after moving across town this is the only nail salon i will come to. I trust the staff, they are all pleasant, helpful, and thorough. Stephanie is amazing and always does her best to accommodate me when i call to schedule my manis and pedis. My mom started coming here based off of my recommendation and now this is the only nail salon she will use as well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, the customer service, and the way my nails look and feel after i leave.

I came here with my mom because of the high star ratings, but was very disappointed. Both our technicians acted like we were a nuisance to them. I read a lot of great reviews on Stephanie, so maybe she could give her coworkers some tips on customer service and general pleasantness. I usually like to leave a good tip, but didn’t today.

Horrible experience! The technician could not remove my gel polish from the last time I got my nails done at a different location and was trying to buff it off with the nail buffer (used for acrylic nails) and burning off my actual nail. It was so PAINFUL. After that was over (with a lot of remaining gel polish on my nails) she attempted to do a manicure but barley cleaned up my nails, filed or removed any cuticles. Then the paint job was terrible! Gaps and uneven painting and bumpy nails were the results, I just could not wait for the experience to be over. They also charged me $3 extra for 3 different nail polish colors, you’d think with the bad experience, they’d cut me some slack. I thought maybe the only saving grace would be that the gel manicure would last but the pictures are less than a week later and they are chipping everywhere. I would not recommend this place, it was probably my worst gel manicure experience.

I called Stephanie to schedule an appointment. She said that if I’m picky I should go somewhere else to have my gel removed and then come back to her for a manicure. Like seriously? Never in my life have I heard such a nonsense.
Also, she was pretty hesitant about time and then told me that she has another person on the line and will call me back. 6 hours later I called her agin. And guess what? She told me that she doesn’t have her book with her and will call me back to schedule an appointment.
Period.
