Alex is the most talented nail artist that I ever ever met! His free-hand designs always blow my mind. He does exactly what I am looking for, and I never feel pressured to do something different like I have at other salons. He takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect, but he still manages to be extremely efficient and get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time! He also gives an amazing pedicure massage. I am beyond thrilled to have found him. Ombré in general is a beautiful facility!

i have been going to ombré for about 4 years and Hannah is my tech, she is hands down the best, most artistic sweetest person i have met. i always leave happy and with exactly what i wanted i could not recommend them enough. these are my recent holiday nails for reference

I wish I would have read the negative reviews before going. My hairdresser recommended this place so I was optimistic. I’m not sure if it was just the technician but my experience was not great at all. I was not listened to about what I wanted when I was checked in or by the technician. They had a big drink bar but I was never offered a beverage.

I was told they had to use only dip powder on my nails and I still do not believe that to be true. Plus, the color I wanted they didn’t have in the powder. The technician never offered to discuss a better option to match the color I asked for to match some earrings I went in with. Also, the tech put my finger directly in the powder jar. That doesn’t seem sanitary. And she cut one of my nails way too short before even asking me what length I wanted. So she had to put an acrylic on it to match the rest of my nails which I’m sure she charged me extra for.

I was also not happy with the shape but she absolutely would not listen to me!

I wanted nail art which I was expecting to pay a good bit for but the way I was practically ignored I decided not to bother asking. Then, when I went to pay I was shocked at how much it was! I felt over-charged and wasn’t even sure why it was so costly because again no one spoke to me as if I was a paying customer and person.

My 7 yo had Amani pedi with gel polish. She was happy with her service. Technician was good with her. My only vomplaint is being charged extra for gel polish and in less than 24 hours she had 3 toenails missing polish. Despite being extra careful.
I had my 1st full set with An. Myobly instruction was i wanted Christmas themed polish designs and my max budget. He made all decisions otherwise and I could not have been happier!

My grandma and I have been going to Ombré for over 2 years religiously and cannot recommend them enough. Every tech I have had services done by has been friendly and helpful. My nails always turn out beautifully! I went in today with a nail having lifted off within a week of getting my nails done, which has never happened to me, and they so graciously fixed it for me free of charge. They are the best!
