If I could give 0 I would I asked for this and got this. They said they couldn’t do powder for French tip but did not tell me they couldn’t. Then the nail tech lied and said he let me know to his boss but I told him he didn’t and he agreed to that part. They wouldn’t give me a refund or redo the nails. All I asked for was no bear on the nails just blue French tip with one glitter nail on the pinky. I thought I would be ok with it but I was not and was told to return for nothing to be done. They offered to put white tip on top of these nails with a 15 dollar additional charge. Why would I want that it’s literally nail polish on my hands the sides aren’t painted fully I’m just so disappointed. They could’ve done something to help they knew this was not up to par.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NAILS- THE ENVIRONMENT- THE STAFF….the hospitality that was provided was quite the experience! This place is a VIBE! I’m a very basic Person when it comes to my nails. But my NEW NAIL TECH KENNY allowed me to still be myself while adding some spice to my normal French!
Lynn was the one that did my cousin stiletto, ombre nails!

I’ve been going here for a little over two months and I recently took my nails off and have a nail fungus on two of my fingers. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 16 years and I’ve never gotten nail fungus. I haven’t taken any action with the salon because I’m sure they’re going to put it on someone else or say that they didn’t do it. So I’ll just make you’ll are aware here. I went to multiple techs over these two months so I don’t know who to put the blame on.

I took a last minute chance and stop by this place for the first time and i am absolutely glad I did !! I walked in no appointment they took me right back. They did an excellent job really detailed on my pedicure very detailed on my nails a really great first time experience I will be back. 🌸💕🌸

I enjoyed getting my pedicure done here I think her name was Val or Dal either way so was amazing I didn’t feel like she was rushing because I came at 6pm she couldn’t do the design on my big toe but another nail tech came and did it and I was pleased I must have a design on my big toe and they got me together ❤️
Today Feb 24,2024 I got my feet done by Lisa she did excellent work on my feet as well as my design she was so very nice since I moved from Detroit to Charlotte I have found my go to nail salon will see you again 😀
