10/10 would NOT recommend

I came in with long NATURAL nails, wanting my dip taken off and put new dip in and have them coffin shaped. The dude cut my nails off and wanted to put fake nails on and place my natural nails in the coffin! Absolutely not!!!! I told him no and told him to put clear gel on instead so I can get them fixed else where. He proceeded by putting regular clear color on. Then the receptionist told me that he doesn’t understand English well and that he might not have known what i wanted. Well here you have it, straight from the horses mouth, you won’t get the service you want.

People themselves there I do like, they are very friendly but I’m not paying you to be my friend, I am paying you to do the job I want. They didn’t give me what I wanted, so they will no longer have my services.

Tiffany always does a magnificent job on my nails. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. This visit I asked for an extra little design to support a family member and although it went a few minutes past my appointment time, Tiffany happily took care of me.

I split my time between Wilmington and Raleigh and will wait to visit Oasis to get my nails done over any salon near me in Raleigh.. Tiffany is great. Her quality of work and attention to detail is unmatched. I get many compliments on my nails and highly recommend her to anyone. The salon is large, clean and has many colors to choose from.

The actual experience and atmosphere wasn’t terrible aside from the fact that I was in pain the whole service. The technician cut almost every single finger with drills and filing. They were burning when chemicals were put on my nails, bleeding after and now infected. I do expect a full refund for service due to having to go to the doctor to get antibiotics. I’m sure not every technician does this. But I just had terrible luck.

Me and my best friend went here for the first time on her birthday for simple cute nails. I got glitter and she got black french tips. They did a good job but everyone’s attitude was awful. We came an hour before close. The woman painting my nails snapped at us multiple times for no reason. It was alarming how rude they were. Never going there again. The only one that was nice to us was the young girl at the register.
