I have not received services from this salon. I considered going after hearing about the salon on Power 105.1 radio. I went to the website to see what they offer and the first thing you see is a list of rules and policies that are extreme and uninviting. They are written in a rude tone as well. The owner may want to edit the webpage because it is definitely not inviting and does not seem like it would be a peaceful and relaxing experience. Maybe they do great work but I’m not sure how many people would book with all the endless rules and risk being treated rudely. 🤷🏽‍♀️

After making a review, being honest and as respectful as possible, She responded, still blaming me and clearly didn’t receive the message. Getting your nails/toes done used to be enjoyable, not so much anymore. Y’all are so stuck up, and selfish, y’all don’t even see the way you treat your customers anymore. Neither one of my cancellations were anywhere near close to my schedule apps, so u were virtually never inconvenienced by me in no kind of way ma’am,and furthermore, I CANCELLED TO TRY TO GET A SERVICE FROM YOU SOONER THAN 3 MONTHS LATER, but of course, that was not possible, so if you’re gonna address something, just be honest. It’s not like your going to miss my services, you get plenty clientele, and I never even got a chance to sit in your chair!!!

I’ve tried several times to book with this young lady, appointment were always several MONTHS ahead of time. There was one time even she had to cancel an appointment, because she simply couldn’t do it that day, understandable. But what’s not, is her calling me almost a month before my scheduled appointment, grilling me as if my life revolves around some damn nails. If you don’t want to do a service, don’t call, making excuses and blaming the customer, just cancel the appointment and move on…I can appreciate a persons craft, but they didn’t stop making nail techs after you became one….
