It was my first time here and the lady was nice enough to take me as a walk in before her next appointment. She was telling me how bad my last gel set was and asked where I got them done etc. she was explaining how well and experienced she is and how other places aren’t so good.
There was one nail of mine that needed repair before she could paint it, and now that one thumb nail is a completely different shape from the rest of my nails. It is much wider than every other nail) I am quite disappointed especially because between the gel mani and a tip I paid $50. All of the tools looked very old and unsanitary unfortunately. The customer service was wonderful though. Very friendly and they make you feel at home.

Went to get a simple black French tip. They made me pay before the service, which was odd to me, and seemed uneasy about doing it. The nails aren’t even and when I asked for it to get fixed, the lady barely touched the problem. I actually wanted a full set, but my grandma asked for a manicure, so when I asked to do acrylics instead (before my nails were even touched) they said no.

The people were very sweet and the atmosphere is nice but the manicure I got is sub par. They upcharged for better nail polish and then put on only one coat so it doesn’t look opaque. They did do a good mani pedi on my for my friend though.

Extremely disgusting behavior and treatment. Went in to get one nail fixed I have a gel manicure they assumed that I had acrylic nails after I told them that it was gel I couldn’t think of a business that still did acrylic nails, After telling them twice that they’re gel nails they still insisted that I had an acrylic and that they wouldn’t be able to do it. The woman wouldn’t even look up at me to respond she said well we can’t do the color which is a stupid statement because you could always change the color. My race was the determining factor as to why they couldn’t do my nails.

Absolutely love this salon! They are very friendly, and make you feel at home, which makes the service even more relaxing! Dennis has done my nails twice, and both times I have been impressed! Honestly he’s the first manicurist I’ve had that acts like he really cares, not only about providing a relaxing service, but also the condition of my nails and callus build up. They are reasonably priced also. I think I can confidently say, I’ve found my nail place! Thank you!
