Don’t waste your money. I went to Nails First and had the worst experience ever. The lady who did my nails (I think she said her name was Jessica) was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She kept asking where I got my nails done so I told her and she said she used to work there. I asked her, do my nails look bad, is that why you keep asking? My nails look horrible, there soo chunky and misshaped. I hate that I wasted $60 and even more than that, I ended up giving her a tip. During my services she would pull my arm and seemed agitated that she couldn’t position it right so I had decided I wouldn’t tip her. After looking at my nails, I feel stupid for even paying! The older lady (didn’t do my nails) seemed very nice and attentive. If I would’ve got my nails done by her I’m thinking my experience would have been different. I usually get my nails done at Luxe nails, costs less, nails look nice and more than all, I felt comfortable. My daughter also went with me but they never called her back but everyone else that walked in got called back.

Great customer service overall, made sure i was comfortable with everything along the way. Definitely recommend 100%. So satisfied with my nails and toes. The massages were wonderful and very much needed. I am going back once I need a fill.

Very impressed with this nail salon. Been here 3 times and never disappointed. Prices are average. But the service is wonderful. They’ve always given me a free cold water bottle as soon as I sit down.

Worst Nail experience ever, first time going with my best friend. The guy Thanh was so rude to me. And didn’t even complete the full pedicure leaving parts out so I paid for something I didn’t even get. I asked questions trying to compare prices and he basically threw the tools in the tub and stormed off. I wanted to cry, and fought it back, being pregnant w/ hormones raging doesn’t help. He even lied about completing the hot stones when I asked him if he was going to still do that, said he did, but I NEVER felt the heat from the stones. That’s one of my favorite parts I would have noticed. Ended up paying 92$ just for people to be rude and not do the complete job. I will definitely be sticking with my original place Tony’s, I only went to this other place because my normal place was closed today. And my friend sat forever and didn’t even get to soak her feet. The employees don’t even talk to you, just to each other. RUDEST PLACE EVER!!!!

The best pedicure in town The manager is the nicest in town also have a nice one i’ve done my feed to a lot of places and they’ve never looked so nice like this place does I recommend everybody to come here? It is well worth it.
