Gave this place 3 tries because I live so close. Everytime it was the worse experience I’ve had. I’m someone who always arrives early and I’m never taken back until 10-15 minutes past my booked appointment time. There’s always a reason why they can’t do something. The designs have never been crazy. The last time I went I was told I couldn’t do a French tip for multiple reasons, most of which were somehow my fault. Today I went to get my acrylics removed. They took me back (late) and began clipping my nails off with a finger nail clipper! I could’ve done that at home. It’s also painful and damages your nails. I had to ask for it to be soaked off. Everything is an inconvenience to them. They aren’t at all engaged in what they are doing. A lot of the time they are on the phone doing who knows what to your nails.
The nice part is that they can book you on short notice and aren’t insanely expensive. I’ve never written a negative review before so I definitely don’t recommend coming here!!

This is the only nail salon I go to for a reason! Tan never knows what crazy idea of mine to expect when I walk in the door, yet he never fails to impress me!!! Shape is ALWAYS on point (literally) and I never leave disappointed. I’m so bad about breaking my nails and they always find time to fix them for me that day! 100000/10 recommend this salon. 💅🏻✨🩷

I’ve been here more than once now. It’s a nice place. Just call ahead to make sure they have room
Pricing was in line with what it should be.
Staff is generally very friendly.
They have the full massage chairs that you can use through the experience. We had some people who did a longer pedicure and they just let the other people who had finished earlier, stay in the chairs.

Best nail experience I’ve had in YEARS! The last few times I’ve gotten my nails done at a few different nail salons I had been cut by the nail technician and that had greatly discouraged me from going to get my nails done for over a year! Finally decided to try and get over my fear of getting my nails done and try Nails Express salon. So happy I did my nail tech Tan made me feel at ease when I had told him of my prior experiences and even went as far as showing me the equipment he was using was safe for the skin! I will 1000% be going back to Nails Express and Tan!
