Ms. Jennifer is amazing as always!! Been working here 25yrs, been through 3 Owners and still laughs, jokes, hugs her customers!! I had the pleasure of 3 techs working on my service today!! They were all wonderful, gentle and patient. Me and my grandbaby enjoyed the convo and overall had a great outing!!

I recently visited Nail Art and had an exceptional experience!
The ambiance was calming and elegant, with a clean and welcoming environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. My nail technician, Nini, was attentive and skilled. She took her time to ensure my nails were perfect, paying close attention to detail. She gave me a perfect Nail design as well
The range of colors and designs available was impressive, and Nini helped me choose the perfect one for my style. The quality of the manicure was outstanding, with precise application and long-lasting results.
Overall, I highly recommend Nail Art for anyone looking for top-notch nail services & pocket friendly . I’ll definitely be returning!

The positive is they had wonderful customer service. However, my nails and toes were chipping off the next day 3 days later the yellow polish off my toes were gone and I paid extra on my toes to keep the polish lasting long. Definitely will never go back here.

First off I want to start by saying they have HORRIBLE customer service. I went in for a pedicure and dip powder nail set and left absolutely disappointed. I wanted to soak off my acrylic from the previous nail set instead of cutting my real nails, but they acted as if that was an issue. I asked for dip powder and Nini proceeded to apply acrylic powder to my nails instead of what I asked for. I asked for two coats of gel (which most nail shops do two layers to prevent the polish from looking shallow) but they only did one coat which looks terrible. The absurd prices do not match the rushed and sorry services. The polish from my toes is already chipped three days later and there is still dead skin that should have been removed during my pedicure. By the way they charged $85 on a short nail set with one design on each finger and $70 for a rushed pedicure. I didn’t ask for gel on my toes but they proceeded to put it anyways and tried to charge me an extra $15 without telling me upfront…oh and I would also like to mention that their were two people doing my toes and two people doing my feet which causes two different styles of work. What a waste of money and time!

They rush and try to give you what they want instead of what you ask for. Then they don’t take their time removing the old gel polish. They will damage your nails with the drill trying to take off gel and act like it’s no big deal. It’s all about money. They also try to force you to tip. I thought a tip was optional🤷🏽♀️
