If you were going anywhere else to get your nails, just stop and read this review.
Every nail salon should focus and function like this one does! I have been to the North Avenue and Fulton market locations, and have only good things to say! They are very attentive, and or wonderful about re-creating your nails based off of Photos references. It’s also nice to sit and watch crime TV while getting my nails done, and the Fulton market location has multiple TVs so you can watch whatever you want while you’re getting your nails done. From the excellent environment, they also have exemplary service! Their nail technicians will go above and beyond to support you and your nail request! I hands-down, recommend this place above and beyond anywhere else in Chicago!

I debated my rating between 2 and 3. The front desk person was kind and was able to get me in for a last minute appointment. Once I sat down with my tech Brian he started shaping my nails, they started the right length but got shorter and shorter well below where I wanted them. I got hard gel but because they are so short my nails look stumpy. Most are either rough at the bottom or rough at the top. The amount of sparkles on each nail varies wildly. For 70$ I expected better.

This is the best nail salon in chicago. I have tried several places and this is one of the only salons where my no chip lasts 3-4 weeks and any design is exactly replicated. Reasonably priced too. Irina has done my nails several times and is so amazing and nice! I have been going to this salon for a few months now!

**last update** it’s been three weeks and the management here has not responded to my review, my three emails, my feedback I submitted that was prompted via text from the company for an opportunity to win a GC, and a message sent via IG. I disputed the charge with my CC company, and I was notified they DID respond to that. This place is obviously run like a chop shop. Take your money and spend it at any other nail salon in .3 mile radius. Mistakes happen, but this company made it clear they do not value or respect their customers.

**Update** it’s been 6 days and no one has responded to my emails and phone calls. I was told the owner would call me within 24 hours and it’s been radio silence. Just beware, if this company makes any mistake they will not make it right or even provide a simple email response and apologize.

I’m still waiting for someone to call me back from the salon. The lady who gave me my pedicure (12/27) still had lotion/oil on her hands when she grabbed my ugg boots to help me put them on. I tried to do it myself but she was trying to be helpful. Unfortunately, she got the lotion and oil on my boots and satined them. She tried wiping it off. I got my manicure next hoping it would dry/fade and unfortunately it didn’t. I tried to discreetly tell the woman who did my manicure and the front desk lady what happened and neither of them looked at me or acknowledged me/apologized. The woman who stained my boots immediately tried to fix the issue by using a lent roller. While appreciate her help it wasn’t working. I looked at the receptionist- still wouldn’t look at me- I asked her for some help. I understood it was a mistake, but the lack of customer service that followed was infuriating. The receptionist would not look at me or even acknowledge that I was trying to talk to her about what happened. They just continued to check me out. I had to ask if she was going to acknowledge me, and she told me she doesn’t know how to clean the boots, hers are old and dusty… I asked if I could speak with someone who could help and she took my info down. I asked for a card of the owner and she said they were out and wrote the salons number done on a sticky note. They charged me full price, no apology, no desire to help or even acknowledge me in an already uncomfortable situation. I like the salon and the techs do a great job, but given this experience, I will drive the 10 minutes to Luxo Nail Spa in Wicker Park where I used to go before moving to this neighborhood. They at least understand the value of their clients. So disappointing.

Location is tidy and staff are courteous. Delilah is an artistic individual who lets her mind flow on my sets. Second time I have been there and now they offered me wine! I love a self care environment that helps me wind down after work.
This place does not disappoint and they’re sanitary.
