The two separate technicians raced through the manicure and pedicure. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. They didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed or even what shape I wanted. I had nail polish on my skin. When done the technician didn’t have me sit under the dryer she put a plastic baggie on my foot and put my shoes on. I came home with 5 smudged nails. I think the nail polish was old because she had to use so much to cover my nails. My nails were still “wet” 3 hrs later so I ended up removing the nail polish.
The place was rundown, the towels were stained and dirty, the chair was taped together. I should’ve known when they required a credit card number to make my appointment. There are many other options. I recommend checking out somewhere else.
Edit: 2.5 weeks later and every single nail is already lifting. They turned out really pretty but honestly for this cost and with how careful I am with my nails, this really disappoints me and I do not think I will be coming back here.
