I gave a 2 because they were polite, however the quality was very poor. I show a picture of French I wanted and it still could not be executed. I’ve never had someone not be able to do a simple French nail. But I’m guessing that’s why the place was empty. I’d say it would be okay for ages 50+. Ultimately my fault for giving an empty salon a chance. But now I know 😌☮️

Very rude and rough…if they don’t now how to do a design they wing it and you better like it….never been treated so badly by a nail tech…go at your own risk…

Worst service ever! I have been coming here for the past 2 years. Today I walked after I made my appointment and they gave me some young girl that didn’t know what she was doing. She scrub a little then wanted to paint my toes and I said this is not a pedi. She said the other lady will do it but right now she is busy! What was the point of having an appt? They still had the nerve asking me to pay!!! For what??? Never coming back!

Went against my best judgement and did my mani pedi here to save time, as I had business close by. Big mistake. The tech responded to my “cut down and round” please, by dremelling my nails to points. Very heavy handed with the dremel tool, sanding down the surface of my nails way to much, nipped me with cuticle trimmers and burned my cuticle with Dremel. Three days later, my nails look terrible. Toe nail polish was goopy, had to redo them myself when I got home. Only pro was a very detailed pedicure spa treatment with paraffin. Hate to leave bad reviews but save the money and regret and go elsewhere.
