I came in for a pedicure, when I left I had a nasty infection on my big toe! Keep in mind I had never ever in my life had a toe infection before and it happened right after my pedicure. Pus and everything came out it was disgusting and for weeks I could barely walk. I would give a 0/5 and I will not be coming back. I don’t know if they did not properly sanitize their tools but this salon gave me an infection. Avoid if you can! Save ur nails!

Been going here for approximately 20 years. Great customer service. They listen to what you want and do it. Was relieved that Linda sold to her niece, Tu, who has taken care of me and my friends these past 10 years.
Read some other comments on here and found them to be harsh and completely not an experience I have had in my decades of coming here. I came here because they DON’T overfile or harm my nail beds otherwise. When asked to, they will remove the old polish completely for you, if you were too lazy to get it done yourself before you went there, hey, we do it. I’m not convinced they charge for that service. I have had them ask me if I minded them helping out a walk-in for a moment to get them prepped, when busy. Usually during the soak in my pedicure, as they are otherwise too engaged with my hands and feet at most times. I see no reason to keep them sitting over my feet, while they are soaking, when they can be instead, welcoming a new customer in and prepping her for her treatment.
Not only do I use them for mani/pedis, I also have the very kind, Tu, wax and pluck my eyebrows to perfection that I could never achieve.
The prices have always been great here and the staff remembers you. You wouldn’t expect that, necessarily to the point that they do. They take time to get to know the client, it’s very much like the old days in the 80s of going to your hairdresser and getting therapy by talking about whatever was on your mind. Same deal happened with nail technicians as well during that time and Tu and the girls seem to keep to that tradition by their genuine concern about how your life has been since you were last in.
Now, I must go sob, as I have referred to the old days as…the 80s.
(Does this mean I get my Gen X card confiscated?!?!)

Walked in to try to get my nails taken off and a manicure. From the second I walked in was refused service and told that they “don’t have time” – didn’t give me the option wait. I’m not sure if it’s because I wasn’t a regular client or size discrimination because I’m a larger person or because I was wearing a mask, but stay away from this place.

Been going here for so many years…whether to get my nails all done for a special occasion, or just a mani/pedi.
The wonderful ladies in there have always been great for my mom (before she passed in 2017), my sister, and myself over the many years.
The ladies, including the owner, feel like family, and always ask how everyone is.
If it’s acrylic, gel, or some fun design, there’s no better place, or better priced! Plus they always have mani/pedi deals if you want to pamper yourself and do it all…
I don’t trust anyone else with my nails! Never have I ever had a fungus issue, or anything else. The owner takes a LOT of pride in her place, her people, and making customers happy!

If you value quality services over fancy decor, you’ll love Nail Trust. The ladies are very efficient and friendly. Best leg massage I’ve ever had. They’re particularly kind with my 80 year old mom who uses oxygen; so accommodating and sweet.
