I am literally still in the parking lot. Came for a regular manicure, and my nails look worse than when I arrived. Asked multiple times for them to just fix it in any way, and he pretty much told me this is as good as its gonna get. “My cuticles are too thick”

I had to ask to clean underneath my nails

This is the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had.

I could’ve done a better job myself.

Thought I’d give them a try because they’re close to home.

Awful mistake.

I went back to take the “manager” up on their offer to fix my nails

Upon my arrival, a guy said they don’t fix nails and I can read the policy. I asked him who wrote the response to my review, and he shrugged his shoulders. He also added, “If you don’t like this place, you can go somewhere else.”

Well, I DON’T like this place. I thought they had learned SOMETHING, anything about customer service in the past few days.

Clearly, I was wrong.

I will be going somewhere else, obviously, and you should too.

They are very friendly and professional. If you need your nails done and done right… they got you covered. My go to guy is Kenny… I pick the colors and he uses his imagination…great nails all the time… never disappointed

I’ve been going to Kenny for years now!!! I wouldn’t dare go to anyone else. I am a 21yr old female and I can get very picky about how I like my nails and they ALWAYS have came through exactly how I need my nails to look. So if you’re someone who is looking for clean fresh looking nails definitely come to “nails today” on market street!! I promise they WONT disappoint😁

Angie is best hands down with your pedicures. I been going to her for 5 years plus and I wouldn’t won’t nobody else to do my feet. She really takes her time and clean them like they are suppose to be. I wish I can give her more than 5 stars. Im always satisfied.
