I really wish I would have read the reviews for this place before going, I would have just went New Year Eve with my regular nails. I asked for a full set and got “gel press ons”. I was in a rush and everybody else was booked so I went along with it. Not a whole 4 days 3 nails popped off. I went in 2 days later and they did fix them without charging me but the same day I had 3 totally different nails pop off. I don’t do hard labor at all so there is no excuse why my nails should be popping off so easily, they definitely weren’t done correctly. So here I am not even 2 weeks later and out of $75 and I have to get them done somewhere else. I definitely won’t be back and don’t recommend them at all.

Do not recommend for dip. My nails are very thick and super uneven. You can even see the waves on the nails. The shape of my nails are uneven and wide. I’ll have to get them redone even after spending $70 here

Very Disappointing!. Looks are deceiving. They were promoting some new gel fill application for nails. That process took two hours from start to finish for a full set, and the nail technician nicked several of my fingers, to the point now my fingers are now sore and tender the next day. I feel now, that the owner was aware that this nail tech was inexperienced, because she had to keep walking over telling her how to correctly do my nails. Finally Less than 12 hours after getting a “fresh new gel set” and the cost of what it was, compared to my home town, ONE OF THE NAILS IS NOW LIFTING. Very disappointing, as I was traveling, and was unable to go and get it corrected.. As often as I travel to Chicago, this nail shop I will never revisit or recommend to anyone.

A very welcoming place. Once I came through the door, Christie & Kevin had huge smiles on their faces. Uplifting my mood. Kevin did my pedicure and was patient with me trying out different nail colors. Now Kevin had to leave, and a lady called Soon (Xuan) took over. She gave the best foot massage ever. I would definitely be coming back. Great service guys
