Edit- went 6/28/23 . Horrible.
I called and they said I could be seen at 4. Show up and was seating immediately. Two techs for the whole shop there. The gentleman immediately started soaking my nails, I do dip. He went and finished another customer, the other lady came back 40 minutes later and took my hands out of the acetone finally. He didn’t wrap my nails on foil just had me dip both hands in a shallow bowl, not enough to cover my thumbs.
The guy had me move to another table to finish my nails. I asked for a cut down and almond shaped. I got nails all kinds of lengths and shapes. He dipped my right hand twice and my left hand three times. He then scrapped so much off I have bald spots on my thumb and pinky nail. He was going to redo the black once he saw he mixed sparkles with it, instead he kept it and I guess was hoping I didn’t notice. Now, towards the end he did ask me if I was happy, at that point after sitting there 90 minutes in 85 degree weather, why on this day was the doors open when we had the worst air quality, lord knows. He also had a bag of food from Panda Express with flies around it. The smell was making me nauseous. All in all 0/10 would not recommend.
