Always had a great experience here. Except for today. I don’t know the nail techs name that did my pedicure today, but she did a horrible job. From the start she had a bad attitude and she was rushing so much that she cut five of my toes and made them bleed. Even when she noticed the blood she continued to proceed without apologizing or acknowledging what she had done. She continued to ignore my pain and my request for the color of the design she chose. Overall this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My toes are still bleeding after I arrived at home. And I hate the design.

I’ve been going to Nail Lounge for a few years, now, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with their service. Mindy, the owner, always greets me when I walk in the door, and all of the techs are friendly. I love the atmosphere. It’s clean and very comfortable, and it’s clear that everyone takes pride in their work. Jillian has been doing my nails exclusively for a few years, and I adore her! She is so sweet, and she genuinely cares about her clients and gets to know them. I always love my nails when she does them; she’s very thorough, plus she gives the BEST massages! I highly recommend Nail Lounge!
