Came here for the second time but it will be the last time. The nail tech thought I can’t understand what they said so they decide to bad talking me. I wanted a cat eye nail. I gave her the pink cat eye picture that I wanted, she took her time to do 2 samples of cat eye nail for me to look if I liked it or not. I’d assume because it took me time to decide the design since her 2 sample didn’t look like what I want, the nail tech started to “act up”. When she came to the stage to pull out the cat eye effect, it didn’t turn out the way I wanted (has a small circle at first then totally dim) and she seems struggling with it. She asked another lady to help and started talking how problematic I am. I don’t want to cause trouble to anyone. So I should shut up when she failed to file my nail evenly and when the cat eye effect it’s dim, shouldn’t I? It was an unpleasant time when she did my nail. I fed up and told them do whatever they want. I’m aware they bad talking since we “don’t” understand what they say. You can talk bad about me when I leave, I don’t care. And yes, I was told problematic and cause trouble for nail tech when I just want my nail to be done nicely. If you can’t do it, just said it. If you don’t want to do my nail, just say it too. And, you expect someone to tip you even your service wasn’t worth it. Normally, I tip after every service, but today I didn’t. Now my hand got cut from the nail drilling. Thank you, and I won’t come here again.

The place looks really nice and kept up well with the nail color choices in little books instead of a whole bunch of little rings which was nice. I didn’t like having to use the grinder tool on my nails when I didn’t have any polish on at all. While they have so many nail polish options I wasn’t happy that she cut my cuticles too short while trimming them.

I just got my nails done with Celine and oh my goodness!!! They are my FAVORITE!!!! She was so amazing! The attention to every detail was on point! She didn’t pinch, scratch or hurt my cuticles at all! She carefully made sure that she removed any and all build up and dried acrylic powder. She even used the drill to remove any dried powder under my nails which is so nice to not have stuck under there. I would recommend Nail Kingdom and Celine any day!!! Come here and you will be obsessed with their professional and kind atmosphere! I will be back in a couple weeks! Thank you ladies, you are amazing!!!💙

I’ve been driving by this salon on my way to Target for a while and decided to go with my friend Janet to have a pedicure on Sunday morning. The salon is beautiful, clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bonsai tree in the middle is such a cool focal point and adds to the serenity of the ambiance. Wendy and Ann did our pedicures and we were both so pleased with how they turned out. They were both so sweet and conversational; I booked a nail appointment with Wendy for later in the week on my way out. I was so impressed with everything about the place. Very excited to make this my new nail salon!

Went to Nail Kingdom yesterday and this will be my new place. Absolutely love my new nails. Jessie was GREAT! We discussed prior issues I have had in the past other places and what I was looking for. He paid attention to details and made sure I was happy. Jessie has a great personality and is very easy to communicate with.
