The people working were so kind! I had so much fun! So easy to get appointments. Worked with me and my 2 other teenage friends. Looked identical to my inspo pick. Loved it so much!

I am fairly picky about my nails, and I have to say this salon absolutely blew me away. The color selection is incredible, the staff are sweet and fun, but perfectionists in their work (in the best possible way). The salon gives off a really welcoming family vibe. Lyly, the owner, is extremely engaged in each person that comes in and ensures you are happy with your service. And not only that, but they’re fast!!! I was in and out in 1 hour for a gel manicure with soak off. I also really love that they have weekend hours since I have a challenging 9-5 during the week and still want to keep up with my nail routine. And the prices are not to be beat. I don’t have a negative word to say about my experience, I am thrilled and looking forward to making this my regular salon!

Incredibly disappointed with my most recent experience at this nail salon. I moved to Tosa in 2006 and had wonderful service here for many many years, but over that time the salon has gone downhill in my opinion. My last two attempts to try them out and see if things had improved were once again negative experiences. Yesterday, I visited the salon for a dip manicure which cost $57. Not complaining about the cost as I expect to pay money for a service rendered, however, as you can see by the photos, the finished product was not worth the money and I unfortunately will NOT be visiting the salon again. My manicure felt very rushed and I left the salon with hands/nails that didn’t look anywhere near how they should after fresh, well-done manicure service. The surfaces of my nails were visibly uneven and not smooth, no attention was given to consistent shaping of my nails, and I left with dip dye and bonding material or polish all over my finger tips. When I called the technicians attention to several of the issues along the way, fixing them was met with resistance and/or additional layers of polish (not dip) were added just increasing the thickness of the nail covering. When I asked about the dye and polish all over my fingers, I was told that it would wash off at home. The young woman who now manages the salon kindly came over and fixed 1 of 10 nails on my hands and I feel it should have been recognized at that point how sloppy the job was.

I got my nails done with the dipping powder and it turned out great! Very friendly, good atmosphere, and clean. Will definitely go back.

My sister-in-law and I were walk-in pedicure appointments. The service was quick, the pedicure was lovely, the staff was kind and professional, and our feet left revived and looking brand new!
