Not really happy with my nails unfortunately. Came in at 10:30am for a basic pedicure and manicure, I didn’t leave the building till 12:30pm. I was the only person in there till about 11am, I was then told they could do flowers on my nails, after 4 attempts I finally gave up and asked for some basic swirls. I was not happy but I had places to be. I went to check out and they said it would be $114….I understand that I had paid for gel but $114 is a bit much for a basic manicure and pedicure. Not even happy with how nails turned out but o well I guess. I honestly will not be coming back.
Update!
As you can tell with the owners response they obviously have no respect for customers, stating myself as a “One star person” which I find extremely disrespectful. I also wanna state the reason I complained about the cost is because I sat around for two hours and got something I was dissatisfied with. I was told that I was able to get the original design I had asked ( see new photo of what I had asked for vs what I got) for but when it came time to do it not only did my first technician but the second technician that worked with me was unable to do it. I then told them that I had to be some place after waiting around for over 2 hours at this point. I then asked for some simple swirls to be done, which to me seemed to be sloppy done. I do understand that I stated I needed to be some place but I still think it could have be done better. I’m not complaining about the discount I had received but I do find it a little ridiculous that you would charge someone $15 for a poor design like I had gotten done. I really hope this establishment will learn from this experience but by the way it looks like due to the owners response I highly doubt it.

This is genuinely the worst service I have ever received. I have never been treated like this at a nail salon before. I’m not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but my nail tech was incredibly cold. I showed her an idea for a design, and as she was looking at it, she raised/furrowed her eyebrows in a judgmental way, almost saying, “really?”, with just her face. I picked a different design instead, and while picking out a new color, she stood over my shoulder waiting for me to choose. I couldn’t find something I liked right away so I ended up choosing something I didn’t even like because I felt so rushed. I picked a relatively simple design, and all of the lines are so sloppy because of how quickly she did them. On three of my fingers, instead of cleaning up the lines with acetone and a paper towel or something, she used her finger to smear it off so now I have her fingerprints underneath of the gel top coat, which was applied messily and she didn’t take the time to clean up so I left with gel topcoat all on the edges of my nails on my skin. She was doing my nails with such animosity that I was scared to speak up and ask for her to redo anything, so I just kept quiet because I didn’t want to be embarrassed in a full salon of other customers. When she finished, she didn’t ask how I liked it, just stood up and started cleaning. I cannot believe I was charged $60 for a fill in and simple design. She was so passive and just seemed so irritated to be doing my nails in the first place…. if you don’t want to do people’s nails, then don’t.

I love coming here! Every time it is perfection. I always show up as a walk-in and Leon (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) always makes time for me and my Pinterest aspirations. He really nailed my Christmas nails. So cheers to the daddy of nails ladies! ❤️❤️❤️

First time customer because my regular salon is closed on Sundays. Was able to get in pretty quickly for a fill in. A gentleman not sure of his name did the work. He was pretty good at the shaping but pretty lacking with the polishing. Was a bit rushed upon completing because there was a few people waiting and when I got to my car I noticed he left spots on the sides and tips unpolished. Way more expensive than my normal salon, but you pay for the trendy location. Payed over $60 for a fill in, no designs and 3 different gel polish colors.
