I learned about Music City Mancave from a FaceBook ad and it was a worthy experience. My pedicure pro was professional, kind and knew her stuff. She took my rough feet and turned them into a smooth new creation! Lol. After the treatment, she went over maintaince tips for me to keep up the good feet experience (she had products too). She did a really good job and I will definitely be going again.

I will definitely be a monthly regular at Music City Mancave. Kiyona was nice and welcoming. The space is very laid-back and relaxing. She explained every step of my pedicure thoroughly. This was the best pedicure I’ve ever received.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought the Manasté package as a Christmas present on December 7 and booked it for Wednesday January 3, 2024 at 1PM. Vagaro(the booking site) was giving me a hard time so I ended up making the appointment over the phone to which I specifically told her the appointment time and day. Come today, the time of the appointment, my brother arrives and calls me to tell me she’s not there. So, I give her a call and she proceeds to tell me they’re closed on Wednesdays. I am so confused on how you can book an appointment online and pay for when the business is closed. I asked for a refund and she said per the website it’s policy and we can not issue a refund and to give the appointment to someone else. I decline and tell her I just want my money back and I didn’t want anymore services provided by her. I even explain how on the website it still says she has an appointment available for today. She hangs up and blocks me with no money back. As a business owner it is your job to keep up with appointments and this is disappointing and could have been resolved. DOWN $205 And an awful Christmas present !
