Do not rent from these guys. My daughter and son in law’s sewer line backed up and flooded the apartment, while they were visiting us across town. The apartment complex would not fix the issue and WOULD NOT replace the carpets or other items that had been soaked in sewer water. Out of life safety issues, they came to stay with us and have been here ever since. My son in law tried reaching out to them to resolve it, but they never responded. The apartment complex sued them and never properly served them. The court ruled in favor of the apartment complex since they never knew about the court hearing. My daughter and son in law tried to apeal but it was just denied, just to hear their side of the story. Long story short, DO NOT RENT from them!!! Renter beware!

Fat Mike is right.. my rent just went up $250 just this year. When my dishwasher went out they took it to fix that was 7 years ago. The kitchen tile started buckling I text the manager. No one’s been out yet. Kitchen sink been loose for months. Wasn’t given a release into this year so they can raise my rent $300 in 1 and 1/2 years. Onsite washer and dryers are broken most of the time with a number for refund that you never get. When I moved here I had handicap parking but they redid the lot and moved it to the opposite end of the lot. The trash bin is always full and leaking over

Do. Not. Move. Here. The last reviewer hit it on the nose. The landlord’s, whats funny is there’s no one ever on-site are horrible. Completely mismanaged. Horrible upkeep. Zero maintenance. Zero amenities. Sharp pieces of rebar sticking up in the common areas where people walk. A gated fence that works 30% of the time. Other Gates that keys are given do not open. AC units that don’t shut off and cause $500 power bills. The thermostats for the AC units were placed on an uninsulated wall that is constantly over 90°. Therefore the thermostat never shuts off thinking that it is over 90 degrees in the house all the time. They don’t exterminate enough. They say they come out every other month but they don’t. Your neighbors will be paying a hundred or $200 less than you do and they will have a dishwasher when you don’t. There’s a beautiful grass lawn and Courtyard showed in the pictures online when in all actuality it is a huge mud pit when it rains in a dust bowl when it’s dry. Don’t ever open your windows or your house will be completely filled with dust. All in all this is a horrible apartment complex. It looks better than it did in the 90s but it’s still is nasty and disgusting and mismanaged. Do not rent here.

Landlords treat you like your a problem, DIY for everything, complained several times and never got anyone to come out for bugs in the apartment. Lower rent once your in the lease. Smh never again.
