Mount Miguel is an off trail trip from Cardiac Gap on Esperero Trail just under 3mi from leaving the Tram Rd. The trail up is steep, exposed, and rocky. The trip over to Mt Miguel is faint at times and not for the inexperienced off trail traveler. There is plenty of spiky desert vegetation, rock, and likely some desert dwelling critters and an airlift from this spot would be a nightmare. Proceed with caution and enjoy the views of Tucson if you do.
