I have lived here a short time. I really like all of the storage places in the apartment. There is a walk-in closet. There are shelves in the hallway and more storage in the bathroom under the long sink and long mirror. There is a medicine cabinet. There is storage in the dining room area and a lot more in the kitchen. I have put most of my stuff away since I moved in and I still have unused shelves. They have COX high-speed internet (not sure what the maximum speed is). They have SRP electric. It is a gated community. It is quiet, especially at night. I don’t have ceiling fans in my two main rooms. There are tile floors throughout the unit. The floors look fairly new. There is a swimming pool, but I haven’t used it yet. There is also a laundry room which I also have not used yet. GCU (Grand Canyon University) is less than half a mile away…I believe. There is a Walmart half a mile away too. Also near here: McDonald’s, Denny’s, a car wash, CVS, Domino’s Pizza and more. I look forward to living here. Thank you Berenice in the office: you have been very friendly and helpful.

Bug infested, management is racist. If your white, they use every excuse to give you a hard time. Was supposed to get a downstairs apt due to a broken back, instead the chicken who was covering gave me an upstairs apt. They don’t care if you are harassed by a crazy tenant, they side with that tenant, despite the tenant cracks your windows and throws rocks at you. Going upstairs is agonizing but they don’t care, they aren’t here much. They have cameras but make excuses that they can’t review the footage.
I would move but I’m stuck because I can’t afford to move.
My front door by the bottom is cracked and I have repeatedly told them that only nothing gets done.
Although Beatrice and Kathy Ann are kind of nice.

Moved into these apartment July 1, 2022. I love it here. Very quiet complex. With gated parking lot. Fell safe here and everyone is friendly enough.

This place is garbage gate is always broken pool doesn’t work and most of all ac systems are trash always breaking down and never fixed oh and Roach infested don’t move here no one is ever in the office and you can never get them to fix anything trash management and apartment across the street is better
