I’ve been trying to get in contact with the leasing office since 1/12/24, I’ve called 2 times. In the morning and afternoon and still can’t seem to get ahold of someone. This is very unprofessional.

Bad customer service from this office, the ladies in the office have a very bad attitude all the time and always in a bad mood.
There is no help from office when you need it, it’s impossible to fill your laundry card since the office is usually always closed during business hours.
It’s hard to obtain a copy of your lease when needed.
The apartment are not in the best condition when you reach out for repairs it’s almost impossible to have things done as the office people don’t care to put a work order in.

After calling and calling and calling and getting no one to pick up, I decided to drive down to Missouri Crossing Apartments anyway because I know that most of the apartments in Phoenix Arizona are privately owned so the owners tend to make their own schedule for business hours. When I arrived the hours on the office door started at 9 AM but it was closed. There was a woman and a man sitting on the bench next to the office smoking, so I approach them and ask if they lived in the apartment complex…she responded “yes” but then went on further to ask what I needed. I let her know I was looking for an apartment preferably two bedroom and upstairs, it was about 11:30 AM and the woman who I came to learn her name Veronica responded that she wasn’t opening the office until 12 PM. After briefly talking to her she decided to open up the office, and gathered some paperwork and the application for me. I quickly went to the store got a $25 money order filled out the application and brought it right back to her. Her manager showed up as we were walking back into the office and her whole demeanor and the way she was on a professional level changed. She took my application and my money order gave me a receipt and let me know that she would contact me before the end of the business day. I never heard back from her and I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt because she had let me know her dad had passed away so she was off for a day. Now it’s going on two weeks I’ve called and called and called but haven’t got an answer. I understand she has a personal issue going on but a place of business is a place of business and someone should’ve contacted me in regards to my application status rather than waste my time and my money. $25 isn’t much but it’s the principle. After experiencing this, why would I want to bring my money to you when I don’t even live there yet and I can’t even get someone to answer my call. If I could get a hold of her manager I would want my $25 back for the time and gas that I’ve wasted… I don’t know where my $25 went if I haven’t even gotten news on my application status. It’s very unprofessional and if someone has a family emergency there should be someone who knows everything about what’s going on to be able to come in and handle things properly.
