OK so I go to this place sort of often and normally I have a girl nail tech that has done my nails and a tatted up male tech very nice guy, but this is my first time that I got my nails done with her slimmer guy younger nail tech And this is the first time that I have been unhappy with my nails maybe not particularly my nails but he’s really rough on filing so he kept filing my cuticle which was causing it to hurt and he did a French tip so he did like a silicone helper to paint the tip which is fine. Great it’s easier and faster But he did not clean under the nail on the finger, so look at the video

I paid close to $90 to get gel x which they said would last for 30 days. 2 days later the nail on my thumb fell off, then the middle nail fell off (they were glued incorrectly/poor quality). I sent their manager photos of the service and requested a refund and he refused. See his response below, the Manager refuses to issue a refund. Why would I want to get another service at the same place that messed up my nails? Definitely contacting my bank to dispute this charge.

Loved this salon! Was recommended by a friend and will be coming here from now on. It’s a little bit pricier than I’m used to, but the service is so worth it!! Linh was very thorough in getting exactly the shape I wanted & he nailed the design I chose.

I’ve gotten two no chip manicures from this place and they have both chipped or started to raise around the edges before the two week mark. My second visit I had indicated on when I booked that I wanted nail art but when I arrived my service didn’t begin until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment and I was informed no employees who did art we’re not in that day. I was happy to be flexible and get a solid color but I would have just booked for another day/specific employee if I knew only some of them did art.
The staff is friendly, but I think this place is a little pricey for the quality of service.
