I have been a customer here for years. I actually loved this place. I got my nails done and they were just not worth the price. I paid a total of 80$ for them. 5$ tip. I worked with Dee and I always work with her my whole family does. Well I called to see if she could fix them because they were just not good (pictures added) she was not very nice on the phone but agreed to do it. So I came in today to get them redone. She did not talk the whole time besides me showing her the nails and her saying “they look fine” and didn’t acknowledge Problems with them they had bumps on the acrylic there were air bubbles. She tried to tell me that she doesn’t make mistakes. I was very disappointed by the way she acted zoomed through my nails and was just rude. I have been nothing but nice and continue to bring in new clients. She lost a customer today which is sad she could have turned this interaction around.

I will never go back. I hated my nails they looked old instead of fresh and new they was also all different shapes 😡 now today my nail cracked I didn’t even hit it. Only good thing is the woman who did my feet she did an incredible job they’re perfect 🤩

Do not recommend this place. They did me dirty. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and I made an appointment for a full set and when I went in to get them done they turned me away and said no one is available sorry about it. When there was one employee that was just standing around. And they didn’t care to even work with me on it. Not good business.
