Place was 15 minutes late for getting me in on my appointment. Everything felt rushed and they handled my hands roughly. Very unsanitary, the work area was dirty and I don’t believe they cleaned or changed equipment from the person before me. Nail tech hurt me by cutting up my cuticles and cutting off a portion of the nail on my index finger that was way too deep. Already started seeing it get infected. After 2 days my finger is still hurting and they’re already chipping and I haven’t done anything since having them done and they’re gel.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Sloppy all around. Spent no time with cleaning up cuticles/skin around the nail that’s standard at any nail spa. The massage timer totally cheapened the experience, particularly when the technician began to clean a bit after starting the timer and before actually doing any massage. Polish ended up all over my skin. Facility was lovely, but pedicure was not.

Had a full set put on. They barely didn’t any work on my natural nail didn’t even push back my cuticles. The gel polish I had applied is already coming off and certain spots are sloppy and didn’t get painted. The tech I had was very nice but it didn’t seem like she was trying to do a good job just wanted to get it done and over with. I only got these done a week ago and they are already dull. I had to go in and try to push my own cuticles back :/
