I came here to visit my sister for her wedding. My sister is a regular customer here and she suggested this place. I’m so glad she did. My nails were cleaned up and everything! No complaints about this place. Though Low on staff but still did an excellent job! I’ll come back next time I visit.

My experience here was so bad, it’s almost funny…ALMOST. During my manicure, Nancy cut two of my cuticles resulting in bleeding. She then grabbed a little bottle of blue liquid to put on the cuts and touched the tip of the bottle to my bleeding cuticles!!! How many people’s blood is on that bottle?!? Here’s hoping I don’t end up with some sort of disease. If you still have not decided to go elsewhere, then just FYI, the pedicure chair’s massage function felt half broken and none of my nails are the same length or shape. She didn’t make my feet bleed during the pedicure, though, so that’s a win.

Upon reading the many reviews that Luxury Paulene’s NAILS in Scottsdale, AZ before going and giving a shot at a pedicure treatment; I was assuming the service and treatment was going to be stellar! It did not turn out the way it was suppose to! I asked a gentleman about his experience at Luxury Paulene’s NAILS in Scottsdale, AZ- who has been going there for 15+ years he mention the service is always great. I told him that it was my first experience and I got a cut on my feet! He was in shocked when he saw the cut and never seen that before. The technician lady said “I am sorry.” Upon payment I mention to the gentleman in front handling the cashier; that I got a big cut when receiving my Pedicure treatment and the lady technician (I believe her name is Veena) didn’t admit the fault instead went on by saying my callus was on the side of my cut. She never Owned up to her mistake. If she had owned up to her mistake in front of her “boss” I would have NEVER written this review. I would never recommend this Nail Salon in Scottsdale, AZ to anyone. It is best if you go places and someone referred you.
