I’ve been here a few times now and have always been a wonderful experience. Lin is very detailed and takes her time to check every square inch of each nail to make sure everything is perfect every step of the process from cleaning, clipping, filing, and painting.

Best pedicure I’ve gotten in a LONG time. The staff was friendly and got me settled quickly. My tech was very friendly and chatted with me on and off during my service. I paid a little extra for a special lotion & sugar scrub treatment and it was worth every penny! She even opened the packet to give me some lotion for my hands. After painting one nail she stopped to make sure I liked how the color turned out. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

I’m so happy I finally found a nail tech that know how to do my nails. It was my first time there and forgot to get her name, but I think it’s Lin because I saw the name on somewhere on her work station. She’s so matriculate and detail oriented with her work. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Customer service is amazingly POOR. Made an appt at 6:15pm (they close at 7pm), they called me around 5:50 saying I could come in earlier. I got my things together and started driving, hitting some Saturday traffic but arrived around 6:10pm and when I showed up the lights were off & they were locking the door, saying everyone had gone home. No call or communication AT ALL letting me know they were basically cancelling my appt. Horrible business management and needless to say will not be coming here ever again regardless of the nail service quality.
