I’m a first time customer and I’m very impressed! I will definitely be coming back. Service was excellent, detail oriented, friendly and professional. I got an acrylic removal and a dip manicure. She was very gentle with the removal and made sure I was comfortable at all times and my dip manicure came out amazing. The dip manicure didn’t come out too thick or chunky which has been a problem for me at other salons.

Lucky Dip Nails is without question the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I tell all my friends and coworkers about Lucky Dip! Loan is a gift and deserves not just five, but a billion stars. Her work is unique, pristine and one of a kind; there is no nail tech out there like her. Her talent is unmatched. She truly puts her heart and soul into her work. She is the most loving individual, so understanding, and always flexible in order to see her clients, even past closing hours. She takes her time with her craft. And she loves making her clients happy. I always leave with a smile on my face. I’ve been coming to Loan for a year now and I’ll never turn back. Thank you Loan for all that you do! You are appreciated and loved by many!

WORST IVE EVER HAD. $65 for a subpar distractingly bad set. I left in tears. Loan rushed through an acrylic set (under 40mins) and it shows. I left with bubbles in almost every fingernail, flooded cuticles, chips/unfilled segments and even a crooked nail.

I called the next day to come get it looked at, from the start she was VERY AGGRESSIVE and in front of another customer. I recorded the whole interaction. I pointed out the issues and she got visibly angry and admitted the issues “are very minor” yet maintained “they are perfect”. She accosted me in front of another customer. Telling me I never get my nails done etc. I get them done 4-5 times a year. She was so mean to me and should be ashamed of her work. She refused to fix them and I left with them worse than before.

I sent the video of her yelling at me and pictures to my bank and thankfully they are handling it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE: two days later one nail came off and others are lifting!!!! I went to another salon and they were SHOCKED with how bad of quality.
