I got in with Jenny and she was amazing! I showed her a picture and told her a few changes I wanted and she delivered! My nails ended up looking BETTER than the picture I gave her! Great experience I’ll be back

Went in for a dip powder removal and new dip application on Thursday and my nails have since started chipping at the tips (Sunday). The process itself was fine but they only did one gel layer over the dip powder. With other nail salons, with the same dip application, my nails have lasted well over 2 weeks with no chipping until the very very end.

Edit: SUPER RESPONSIVE to my issue. They were more than happy to help fix my nails at no cost. They were polite about the whole situation. I will definitely be coming back and taking my mom. It’s nice to see a business take pride in their work.

I loved how patient and careful they are at taking care of you!! Other places rush your pedicure or nails, but they make sure everything looks perfect. Thank you jack for my beautiful nails and being patient when I would flinch because my skin is sensitive. I also stayed till closing being the last one, so they began cleaning. This was a plus for me because they truly cleaned everything and made sure everything was disinfected and safe. Will be new spot from now on! 🥰

I am 100% satisfied with my experience I’ve been to other nail salons and I am never happy with the quality and look of my nails. At J&J they were super sweet and gentle I recommend anyone with picky taste in nails to go here they delivers just what I asked for! Thank you for my nails they’re absolutely adorable (also very affordable and worth it)
