Jackie was the sweetest lady and that was the only reason I paid! I asked for a design and instead of saying I can’t do it she did a disaster. I kept my composure and didn’t flip out but as of the next day I’m fuming I actually want my money back. $120 for the pics I will post. Pedicure the polish is already gone and I left with wax on my lip and eyebrow. She was the only one in the shop that day and again the sweetest woman but horrible nail job. The nails are even lumpy and I had polish all over the back of my fingers.

My nails started popping off a few days after getting them done. It was so messy and overall a bad job 🙁 The lady didn’t cut my natural nail before applying the tips which caused them to get dirty really easily.

I got a gel full set done a week and half ago and I have already lost three nails, they all started to lift and have dropped off. I have never in my life experienced that, this is the first time I have lost a nail. Usually they don’t come off until I go back to the nail salon to have them removed. I thought they would last at least three weeks. The lady who did my nails was nothing but sweet and I have no complaints there but I just think there’s a quality issue.

She is great loved my nails and her recommendations. Her prices were on point and great customer service. Update my pink and white gels did not last more than 4 days. My thumb chipped on day three and I lost two nails on day four. I have never lost or broken so many nails shortly after getting them done.
