I seldom leave negative reviews, but I unfortunately am very unhappy with the gel manicure I got here. I almost never get my nails done, but I know how salons are supposed to approach hygiene properly. The woman who did my nails didn’t wash her hands or disinfect mine beforehand, and seemed rushed the whole time. She didn’t cut them evenly, and the nail file she used was very rough and had clearly been used on many others before me. The worst part was my cuticles, which were so poorly done that I have developed painful hangnails on most of my fingers over the last 3 days, one of which is infected. The polish didn’t go all the way up my nail, and today after my shower (day 4 of nails that are supposed to last 3+ weeks), the polish on the sides and upper half of all ten of my fingernails had started to lift off of my nail. So I took them off.
Almost all of the employees in the salon were also having conversations with each other and were paying little attention to their clients. I do not recommend getting your nails done here.

The people here are friendly and take good care of you! My sister and I come here together every year for our Christmas pedicures. Even the regular pedicure has massage, scrub, hot rock, etc. They also have a loyalty card, so make sure to get your stamp each time you come!

I will not go here again. They make up prices you their head and scam you. I went with a friend and we had the exact same thing done (acrylics, short, glitter and one color) the only difference was that I had glitter blended on my nail a little. My nails came out bumpy and they started very far away from my cuticles. My fingers were also beat up pretty bad. They clipped my real nails terrible and made my fingers bleed. To which she decided to not stop the blood and continue with her work. Which made my fingers sting. Fast forward to when we checked out…. They charged me an addition $15. For what? They weren’t sure. When I asked why mine was more then my friends they all looked at each other they wouldn’t give us a clear answer. They concluded it was because i had some glitter blended. They also tried to say my nails were long (they are short and where the EXACT length as my friend) Lol not sure what their idea of blended is. Just don’t go here… they are rude as hell the moment you walk-in.
