I do not like leaving bad reviews but I came here to get Christmas nails for my birthday and I was so excited. The tech was not welcoming, barely engaged with me, did a completely sloppy job on my nails, the shape turned out sloppy and not even, she cut my cuticles on multiple nails, and rushed through my appointment with little to no direction. I was too shy to say anything but I wanted to request a new tech through the duration of my appointment but didn’t because I felt bad. It was clear the tech was not in a good mood or having a good day but now I feel like I over paid for my dip nails and left with poor customer service and nails that are less than what I wanted and my cuticles are sore. I have never been left with dip powder the skin of my nails or had multiple cuts on my cuticles leaving a salon. I was extremely disappointed in this experience.

My go to spot in Southie! They are so kind and welcoming and always do such a great job. They make sure to take their time and fulfill all requests. Reasonably priced too, Definitely go here if you are in need of a nail spot in Southie

I have been going to I Beauty for over 2 years now and my nails look amazing every time! It is my go to nail salon in Southie and they never disappoint. I highly recommend their dip manicures and any of their pedicures. I usually go to Tam for dip manicures and she is amazing!!

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. The staff was so nice and friendly. I got my eyebrows done and they’ve never looked better. When I was leaving, the lady who did it looked at them and wanted to touch them up more. This just showed that she genuinely cared what they looked like, even after I told her they were perfect. I also got a gel manicure and pedicure and both were great. I usually don’t like getting pedicures but this one was amazing. The lady who did them was very gentle and precise. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
