Hoopla was everything I hoped for and more when looking for a new salon after moving. It’s pretty and clean inside, the vibes and music are always fun, and the staff is welcoming. Kisha always pays great attention to detail during my manicure and makes sure I love it. I was impressed too with the Shellac option and how it didn’t wear off my nails even after 14 days. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a Pedicure and extended massage with Selena. She did a great job! The seating was not very comfortable- I wish there were massage chairs to sit in. The extended leg massage was definitely worth an extra $10. The tub cleaners are still very strong smelling which bothered me. I’d probably visit somewhere else in the future but this trip was fine and my toes look good!

Shame on Hoopla Studio in Fairway. I understand there is a cancellation fee but my appointment was for noon on a Sunday – that is when they open. I awoke very sick that day and was not able to give them a 5 hour window for my cancellation, so I was charged a fee. I called about the fee, and asked them if they really wanted me to come in sick knowing that I could have had COVID, the flu, or something else. I even was willing to bring in my prescription to prove I was sick. I was told the manager would call me back which never happened. So disappointed in their poor customer relations. Moving on to another nail saloon.
Thank you Hoopla for responding to my review. I am sorry that I had to post this in order to get your attention. You are correct. This did not need to happen.

I have been going to Hoopla for almost 3 years now. Thanks to Asley, I have regained sensations to the bottom of my feet. May not seem like a big deal but I am a diabetic and it is a BIG deal. Thank you, Ashley!!

I had really high hopes for Hoopla but both times I went the staff was super unprofessional & very rude to myself and other clients. My nails looked okay, but they weren’t great.
