They still haven’t told me what rights I have a as a disability and two and a half years they contacted x employees to talk bad about me I paid $100 for gym key and they told me that for 2024 they don’t have the money to open the gym. I asked to speak to the regional manager supervisor 8 months ago and she just thinks that ignoring my request is going to make it go away. It took them four years to get rid of a person who let their dog poop on my yard every week four years and instead of apologizing they told me it was my fault because even though I only gave him video proof they thought I was lying don’t move here this is the worst place you can be if you have a disability

They can’t even keep their pools clean. Then they keep raising our lot rent every 6-12 months. They expect everyone to keep their lots pristine but all the ones they are responsible for have weeds 4ft tall. All day Clay ( the only maintenance person) is worthless. He rides around on a golf cart smoking with a gofer in his hand. No one understands how he is still employed. They pay him to smoke cigarettes and ride around all day. Don’t ask to have any maintenance down outside your house because he leaves a trail of Butts.

I’ve lived here going on three years. It’s under treehouse communities management now and it’s gone down hill. They no longer have security but we do have some unsavory characters. You aren’t allowed to have grass or walk your dogs. There is a small playground but no shade. The rent has gone up multiple times and doesn’t look like the price hikes are going to stop. For the most part my neighbors are great people, just management is lacking. Also it’s not in a great neighborhood… It’s just an okay place to live.
