I tried this place twice and I went home overcharged and unhappy both times. The first time the nail tech, Kac, told me she could do a color that I had a picture of and it turned out to be nothing like I asked at all. She cut my skin 3 separate times and didn’t even mention it, let alone apologize. Then I got charged $20 more I was supposed to for this “special color” that I didn’t like and was not told would be so much more. I went back a second time for a fill with Nadia and it took over 2 hours. They somehow were out of 3 colors that I wanted so I had to go with a 4th choice. I was charged the full price for plexigel application eventhough it was a fill and then they added on $10 for a “cut down and reshaping”. Since when is that not included in a fill? Especially a fill that’s priced the same and a normal application. Not to mention that never even changed the shape of my nails. Will not ever be coming back.

has been my nail salon since i moved to milwaukee!! i love yackie and her attention to detail. i never feel like i can’t speak up. have walked away with sets that i love every time. they offer builder gel (plexi gel) which is something not every salon offers and ultimately why i chose to come here. their color selection is always expanding and they are able to execute on trends and designs. love my experience.

My tech was Susan and I guess she ended up having to cut her lunch break short(which I never asked for I would have gladly waited) so she already came in with an attitude. The style I choose at first was an ombré full set and she never said she didn’t know how to do them. Once she was done with the ombré I ended up having to get a regular polish over the nails because the ombré wasn’t blended at all. Also when she came in she rushed my nails she the shape wasn’t correct. The rhinestones were the last thing she was supposed to add on and by this point she already made her attitude very clear so she just carelessly added them. Once she saw that I wasn’t happy with my nails she just gave off an attitude as if she no longer wanted to service me. I was left with a chunky looking fullset so now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails redone. I never asked the manger to call her back from break so the fact that she took her attitude out on me was really rude. I would have gladly waited on another tech or came back.

This used to be my favorite place to go, but it is definitely gone downhill. Got a pedicure and it literally was done in 15 minutes. She couldn’t have rushed through it any faster 😕.

I do not recommend getting your nails done here. My dip nails look terrible. It is hard to tell in the photos but they are also not shaped well at all. The false nail on my pointer finger is so crooked. The nail tech, Thik, kept adding so many layers it looks horrible. She was also not very friendly. I have one hand so I only have 5 fingers but I was charged $60 for a full set. I did not get a full set because I physically cannot. Other nail establishments do not charge me for a full set. Nor do my nails look horrible at the end. I will not be returning.
