They had a wide variety of colors to choose from although they are short staffed leading to a long wait. The salon it self looked a little dirty causing worries after they were reusing single use files and buffers, their tool sanitation and infection control and being a licensed nail technician that was one of my biggest reasons for this review. One of the pedicure chairs my friend was sat in was broken and caused a painful back massage. There is also a language barrier which may cause complications such as nail preferences or massage pressure. Their full sets are done quickly but they had come out misshapen and bulky causing me to de-bulk and completely redo her nails, and having my other friend completely cancel her service all together. I would not recommend.

Ever since I found this nail shop, I have went nowhere else! The service is efficient, and professional. The location is clean, and I am always happy with the work that is put into the services that are rendered. I heard anyone who is looking for a new reliable nail shop to give this place a try!

My gel pedicure looks great, but the experience was just not good. My nail tech (male) was extremely rough…I even said “OUCH” a few times…purely instinct. It was an extremely unpleasureable experience. It was a “girls day” and my appointment was with two other people…we all asked for the same style of pedicure, but the services could not have been more different…one person received a 20 minute service (which was started close to mine being complete), one a rough and sometimes painful service (me), and one an extensive thorough and pleasant service with a massage of legs and feet and was an hour long. I paid for all three of us when my service was done and the other two were still being done. Had I known how different the three services were going to be, I would not have tipped. I am only writing this review to inform potential customers…my recommendation would be to avoid this salon.

This is my second time at Glo Nail Lounge, and I have been impressed with my experience each time. I received a Pedicure from Tony, both times. Very friendly and is fantastic at his job. He takes his time with trimming, filing and buffing, and gives a great massage, which I have found is often skipped at other nail salons! I would recommend Tony to everyone who goes as I see a great improvement in my feet!! This time I also received a gel manicure from Lee. Lee was friendly and professional, and produced the results that I wanted. Overall, great nail salon, clean and quiet atmosphere.
