The worst nail experience ever! They did a horrible job and did nothing to try and fix the problem and they just ignore you. They’re way overpriced for below average work. Save yourself money and go anywhere else. I’m extremely disappointed as I really wanted to like them but ended up receiving terrible service and had to get my nails redone at another salon immediately after because I couldn’t stand to look at them any longer. This is what you get for over $100

Moved to the area a few months ago and finally decided to give gel another try. I had given up previously as my gel manicures would peel within two weeks every time. I called GDN and took the first appt I could get and WOW! Christina was great! This is seriously the best gel manicure I’ve had in YEARS! Thank you Christina and yes, I’ve already made a 2nd appointment! (Photo is 2 full weeks after my first appt. Not a peel in sight!)

The best nail salon I’ve been to in Wilmington. Everyone is super friendly and the whole space is very comfortable. Their attention to detail and service is unmatched. I can’t imagine getting my nails done anywhere else!

They text me with less than 24 hours notice cancelling my nail appointment/saying sorry. They emailed as well but it was after texting me. Both notices were given with less than 24 hour notices. My current nails chipped within 3 days of having them done, so I took this as a sign. 🫠
Edited to add: my nails were done on Sunday, Monday my thumb polish chipped, Tuesday that finger was fixed. Wednesday two more nails chipped opposite hand. I will add pictures and time stamps if need be and those nails were not fixed.

This place just isn’t a nail bar, it’s a work of art that you can walk through! That’s the first thing that hits you when you walk through the door at GDN. Next comes the very cool and personable staff who are certainly on top of their game. This is not by any stretch of the imagination your typical nail bar. So worth a visit, treating someone else to one, or even better, go together!
