Always white service. Yanet is one of the quickest and best & lethal with the designs. If you schedule a 1 hour appt for 2pm, you’re in the chair at 2 and walking out the door at 3pm. Zero wait time. All the staff is friendly and I live the music videos that play on the TV. I love it there!

My experience was terrible they were very unprofessional rushing did not have the proper color as well as being very inconsiderate. The nail was uneven and crooked the shape and color was nothing that I wanted she was unaccommodating when it came to them not having the correct acrylic powder as well as me sending a previous picture to what I wanna prior to my appointment. My friend and I went there and this was our first experience and we will never go back we can tell that they were in a rush they only had an hour slot so they were unable to do a lot of designs or able to do a simple sale which is what I got. As you can see in the picture I posted it was very uneven she also was in so much of a rush that while following my nail she also filed my skin and caused me to believe I was very disappointed in this experience and will never go back I suggest that nobody goes back here and don’t even try it if you do please read the Google reviews which is something that we should have done I hope that these reviews get taken seriously because There are more negative and one star reviews than anything especially with her being unprofessionalism as well as the nail techs rushing. I also hope the owner of the shop is aware that their business is very unprofessional their nail techs need a lot more training and overall just a terrible experience they were also unaware of their own inventory they didn’t know the colors they had nor the glitter my friend ended up having Mitch match glitter because she was in a rush and apparently they were trying to leave at seven to go get chicken😂🤣

Then I called to see what they could do about it the lady had an attitude and said I would have to go there get them soaked off in order to get a refund very unprofessional and petty, the most I should have to do is send a picture of what I wanted vs what I got😂🤣

I love love love the techs here especially Yanet and Irma They can do it all! It’s always clean and if you show them a pic or give them your ideas,.. You’ll get exactly what you want

There seems to be some confusion at this place because Sarai, the owner, somehow thinks she’s the customer and that clients are supposed to service her?

I will steer clear from now on because she will change your appointment day-of, have the unmitigated gall to refuse to refund your deposit when you kindly ask to cancel, and even when you’re polite she will treat you and any clients you bring poorly when you arrive.

The rules for service here are not only excessive, they change on a whim.

You will not be treated well here

Even sadder, the techs also don’t use the cleanest tools nor will they honor your length requests.

Apparently, expecting a completely sanitary or even pleasant experience is too big an ask at Favis.

The service we received here was subpar at best. Sarai’s disrespect and hassle on top of it all — completely and totally uncalled for.

I suggest you find a place that will treat you and your friends with decency; please skip the headache and disappointment at Favis.

I had a Pinterest nail picture that I wanted them to duplicate. Did a great job on duplicating. However, the price is extremely high but overall I’m happy that it looks just like the picture I wanted.
