My experience was fantastic! I booked my appointment with John. He booked me with Jen who requested. Everyone was extremely nice John I presume the is the owner was so welcoming. I just got to the area and he made me feel like I’d been a customer for years. My nails are long so I needed someone who knew how to do long nails. Jen more than delivered! And she did a phenomenal pedicure also. Thank you so much I will definitely be back!!! Thank you! My nails are beautiful and my feet are still soft 👑

I honestly have been avoiding this place. My friend told me about a sketchy experience (over 2 years ago) and among other reasons I never stopped by besides passing by it daily. However I’m so thankful I stopped by today. Jennifer was amazing. She has clearly honed her skills over time. Super quick but precise. Great at quickly catching the small details. Best manicure I’ve gotten in Chicago so far (at this price point). John the manager was also very welcoming and took care of things very professionally. I felt ✨vip✨ due to his treatment. Thank you John and Jennifer for the amazing hospitality and seamless nails!

If you’re looking to add designs or creativity to your manicure I’ve been really happy with Fashion Nails. Sue is really talented, and on my latest visit Mimi worked with her to give me what I had in mind. Somehow it turned out even better. My previous manicure lasted a solid 2.5 weeks.

Cece is the best! I have never been disappointed with her work. She is nice, efficient, and skilled. I am so happy going to this salon. John is also a great manager! He makes sure that the salon stays clean, customers are satisfied, and the business runs smoothly. The prices are very reasonable for them to be in downtown Chicago. Overall, this is a great salon!
