So what I am hearing is that your corporate scheduling system is faulty and your stylist has a great track record. Well, that may very well be the case, However, still stands that your stylist did not check her schedule all day until 3pm when I was in front of her to see if she was double booked, by what I assume your staff was already aware, a faulty system. A system that I have a feeling works well for the other 800+ salons in US. And even when she realized that she was double booked ( I want to assume that and not that she just took a client with a higher price tag) she made no attempt to remediate the error but let me know that even if I waited it was going to take her 1hr to help me. Dear owner, you lost me as a client but more important, perhaps your comments would have served you better if they were directed to other potential clients who read the reviews. If you would have had that in mind, you would realized that the most important thing you could have done by replying to my review was to sincere extend your apologies and promise other potential clients better service. But all I read in your reply were excuses and defending your staff. That is not good customer service, I have no idea what is. Good luck.
